BISHKEK -- More than 100 members of Local Crime Prevention Centres in Karakol, Balykchy, Cholpon-Ata and all Issyk-Kul Oblast districts began attending two-day training seminars September 2, the OSCE said in a statement.

The seminars, organised by the NGO Leader, are meant to strengthen the police-public partnership in preventing crime.
