TASHKENT OBLAST, Uzbekistan -- Authorities arrested four suspected militants August 14 after a shootout in Tashkent Oblast that wounded one suspect, Uznews.net reported August 27, quoting an anonymous source within internal security agencies.
The four detainees are Bakhrom Soipov, Shavkat Tozhiboyev, Gulom Islamov and Dilmurod Yusupov.
They are extremists whose goal was to kill police officers, the source told Uznews.net.
The suspects reportedly did not receive financial support from abroad. Soipov has been wanted since a gun battle in March 2008 in Kibrai District of Tashkent Oblast injured 12 policemen.

I read the article and it seems well-written overall. But, the correspondent did not get all the information or did not investigate completely. For example, it was either not clear or not written where the militants were arrested, and this is very important to readers. It also does not say that the militants were natives of Uzbekistan and from which oblast they came. And it is not written whether the four were Uzbeks or there were Tajiks among them. And so on.
